  3. Now M7 wake up this is possible.
    You can change the consititution , bribe all the MPs , lie to Ugandas about hospital projects with investors borrowing tax payers money in trillions basically telling Ugandans that they are fools.
    But the time is nigh so be prepared and pray to God to give you wisdom other than convincing yourself that you are invincible.
