Zimbabwe's Minister Sibusiso Moyo admits some security forces violated human rights

Zimbabwe’s Foreign Affairs Minister Sibusiso Moyo has admitted that there are elements in the security forces who allegedly violate human rights in that country. Zimbabwe has come under fire from the international community after women’s rights groups in that country accused some security force members of abusing women.
