UN: Rwanda and Uganda arming rebels in DR Congo

A UN report says Rwanda’s defence minister is commanding rebels in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. It’s the second time UN experts have accused Rwanda of interfering in its neighbour’s territory. The report also says Uganda is hosting the rebels political office in Kampala. in the past six months, the M23 rebel group has taken control of the mineral rich North and South Kivu provinces in eastern DRC.   1. Indonesia wants to sell arms to Uganda, that was in April and not alot more was said. The British government give finical aid to both Uganda and Rwanda so you could speculate where that money is being spent. Also the guns in Africa move about where they are needed, like any other commodity. Its not like "Oh my there are guns in Africa!".

  2. congo is so crying now because the president of congo joseph Kabila is a foreigner and a murderer who killed billion of citizen, steal and giving to rwanda is what his doing right now
