Rwandan military officials are being accused of fuelling an army mutiny in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Human Rights Watch says Rwandan officers have supplied renegade general Bosco Ntaganda with troops, weapons and ammunition.
Ntaganda is accused of recruiting child soldiers.
