Ivory Coast is the world’s leading producer of cocoa beans, the raw material for making chocolate. Traditionally, the country just exported the raw beans, but now it’s adding value by making things like chocolate bars and chocolate spread. And that’s very much to the liking of Germany’s development minister.

  1. African industry is a bit muddled. The doesn’t seem to be a central administration telling Africans what to produce and where to sell it.

  2. Partner with the Philippines. There is a very high demand for chocolates in our country but yet supply is very small..
