A military offensive against Rwandan rebel group FD-LR ready: Nqakula
Defence Minsiter Nosiviwe Mapisa Nqakula says a plan is in place for a military offensive against Rwandan rebel group FD-LR. The rebel group missed two deadlines to voluntarily disarm. The offensive will be led by the United Nations’ Intervention Force Brigade which includes soldiers from South Africa, Malawi, Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo
